1. Seller and contact details

For questions about an order, delivery or cancellation, contact us using the details above and include your order number.

2. About the product

MoonLamp is a kit for creating your own Moon Lamp. The contents and specifications are described on the product page at the time of purchase.

The power adapter is sold separately and can be added at checkout.

Photos of finished lamps show a possible result. The texture and shades of your Moon depend on how you apply the materials and paint.

3. Ordering and payment

All prices are in euros. Delivery charges are displayed at checkout and included in the total before payment.

Payments are processed through Stripe. After successful payment, confirmation is sent to the customer's email address.

Before paying, check your contact details and delivery address or selected parcel locker. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped from Latvia. Available delivery methods and charges depend on the destination country and are displayed at checkout.

After dispatch, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. Contact us if your delivery is delayed or you encounter a problem.

5. Order cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Contact us using the details above and provide your order number.

If a paid order is cancelled before dispatch, we refund the payment using the original payment method.

6. Damage and missing items

If a product is damaged, does not work or items are missing from the kit, contact us and describe the problem. Photos of the product and packaging will help us investigate.

You retain your statutory right to make a claim for goods that do not conform to the contract within two years of receiving them. Depending on the circumstances, remedies include free repair or replacement and, where provided by law, a price reduction or refund.

These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
